1. Return Window
Socks and yoga mats can be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused condition. Heavy hardware (reformer beds, cages) can be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee and return freight shipment coverage.
2. Refund Process
Once goods arrive at our Houston warehouse and pass inspection, refunds are processed back to the original funding card within 5-10 business days.
