1. Order Placement & Pricing
All transactions placed are subject to stock acceptance. We reserve the right to decline bulk orders if shipping constraints apply. Pricing structures are verified but obvious pricing errors can be flagged prior to shipping.
2. Equipment Safety & Warranties
Our Pilates reformers and heavy cages are designed for studio use. Customer warrants that installation and safety procedures comply with certified Pilates training guidelines. Apex Supply Co. holds no liabilities for self-assembly structural failures.
